We were relocating from Alaska to Washington. Anne was leaving a career of 20+ years, and I was opening a branch office in Washington while continuing to run the company in Alaska. Any one of those changes would certainly push the ÒstressorsÓ button. Although we had never built a new home we had heard countless stories from individuals who had and those stories certainly would make an intelligent man reconsider his decision. Throw in the distance factor from which we were working together with monthly commuting to the site, it is easy to understand how this had all of the earmarks of a disaster waiting to happen.      From our very first meeting your professional down-to-earth approach put us at ease. It was clear that not only did you listen to what we said, but you also heard what we said.      Whenever we encountered one of your crew or one of your subs, we experienced the same professional down-to-earth attitude. Each of these people took great pride in his craft and his pride was reflected in the quality of workmanship. The fact that each person was also friendly and cordial was an added bonus.      Our project started on time and was completed when you said it would be and this made for an easy transition from Alaska to Washington.      It is our pleasure to recommend KSI to anyone who is considering building a home. In addition you both were extremely helpful and cooperative during the entire construction process. Every time we wanted to change something or brought up a matter that was a concern to us you always came up with an excellent solution and willingly implemented whatever changes we desired.
